[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Confirmation of Soil Removal on Level 7

Hi All,

The contractor is available to carry out the works this Saturday. They are very busy during the week so will not be able to come back onsite before then to confirm how much Tony has removed, some of which is stored behind the visitors carparks (see attached) making it difficult to calculate. The original quote was for $4000 so they have estimated around $3000 - $3500.
Rates:
$160.00 per cubic meter for soil,
$45.00 per hour per man on site.

If you would like to proceed this Saturday please let me know ASAP. Thanks

I have 24 x 60cm plastic round tubs and Tony is coming back tomorrow to fill in the event we go with tubs in Planter boxes.

He will also clear for workers.

Morning All,

Pres. Tech need the soil removed this Saturday. They also reported some of their mixing buckets and industrial bags have gone missing or been used for the soil removal works.

I have contacted the contractor who supplied the next cheapest quote and have sent a progress photo for an updated price. I’ll keep you all updated. Thanks

Hi Patrick,

Not sure how Tony got in but he was able to remove around a third of it.

In short he is not the man for the Job. His truck doesn’t fit in the carpark so its a much bigger job in manpower.

Moving it back to the Saturday as they requested delayed everything.

The rest of the job will have to go back to the contractor, sorry about that, maybe its a bit cheaper now.

I will get him to come back in a few days and fill 20 x 70ltre black plastic tubs in the event we go with the controlled planter box plan.
