[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - URGENT Approval for Mandatory Child Safety Window Locks Required

A question for Darren,
  Do these locks need to be ongoing inspected and if so what is that 
process. The reason i ask is the cheaper ones seem to be the ones that 
can be misplaced by the tenant. What im getting at is does that matter 
if there is no need for re-inspection.  Also if they were misplaced 
would it not be up to the owner to pay for the replacement.   If all 
that is the case I would go with Metro with the cheapest possible lock.
