Hello Patrick,

Thank you for your email yesterday with the AGM and EM details.

I would like to organize a meeting for the owners, as we discussed during our August meeting, to make a final decision on the planter boxes..cover them completely vs.  soil/plant.  I believe it would be sensible to have you oversee the meeting.

The contractors are presently sanding down the walls of the planter boxes and, as I saw today, with Adam Creighton from apartment 404, more of the fine cracks/lines are being exposed. We believe that no soil or plant should go back into the tubs, prior to this meeting.

Would each member of the EC and you also Patrick, please advise what date/time is best to meet in the lobby on level E...ASAP.
