[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Rooftop Access NYE by Unit 107

If they have gone to efforts to ignore signage, and then effectively break
onto the roof level, with no regard for the costs that could have been
incurred should they have caused damage (intentionally or unintentionally)
I believe we should have them evicted from the building. If they don't
respect the signage nor a locked door they pose a continuing threat to the
integrity and the warranty of the remedial works that are being conducted
on the roof.
I would also suggest that we post a communication for the building to see,
to demonstrate how seriously we take entry onto the roof while remediation
works are underway.
