Hi Craig,

Yes the BMC pays the cost but the SP 67851 contributes to the BMC funds, just as SP 678750, so effectively SP 67851 still pay cost of the repairs but only a portion and not 100% of the repairs.

BMC changes to bring the building up to fire code.

Hi All,

 Darren has organized the attached quote so our building will pass fire regs this year. Legislation apparently requires that  the fire department have the ability to control the car park exhaust fans.
I believe we should go with Darren's recommendation of newsound and city to surf at around $12k.  I have also asked Darren if we can confirm independently that the works are required.  If the group  thinks I should not agree with the alternate option please let me know within the next 48 hours otherwise if I can confirm it's required I will vote for Darren's recommendation.
