Hi All
We have made several attempts for the tenant in unit 3 to clean up their courtyard and empty their letterbox, which will no doubt be an attraction for another spate of letterbox break-ins. However, to date the tenant is not playing ball and the agent is also not getting anywhere.
I have again discussed the matter with the property manager who has requested for a Breach Notice to be issued by Strata which the agent can use to discuss with the property owner and possibly evict the current tenant.
Are you happy for me to request Patrick to issue the BoB???
