The Ancillary Policy for SP 678751 was increase for $1,250 in 2017/18 to $2400.00 for 2018/19.
 
The BMC Policy increase from $21,400.00 2017/18 to $22,900.00 2018/19.

Attached is the Committee Schedule 2 Meeting Agenda to confirm the already agreed insurance renewal which was due on 1st December
2018.
The meeting is to be held via an email vote and will require your response by 2:00pm Friday 21st December 2018.
Can you please review the documentation and confirm if you are happy to agree with BCB, the properties insurance brokers
recommendation to renew the properties insurance policy with SCI for the coming 12 months?
Please provide your response by Friday 21st December 2018?
Darren, can you please place a copy of the first page of the agenda to all notice boards at the property as is required by the
Strata Schemes Management Act 2015?
