Hi Matt,

I can confirm your comments are correct for the costs of renewal, particularly as some insurance renewals are increasing by up to 25%.

Unfortunately, I don’t belive an owners Corporation is exempt of their stamp duty requirements.

That increase is well in line with market norms perhaps a bit cheaper. There has been a massive increase in insurance costs this year globally. I have seen 10-15 percent increase in everything from PI to plant insurance.

Patrick are we entitled to the stamp duty exception I can’t remember if that is available on building insurance or only plant. We are well under the income threshold.

The Ancillary Policy for SP 678751 was increase for $1,250 in 2017/18 to $2400.00 for 2018/19.

The BMC Policy increase from $21,400.00 2017/18 to $22,900.00 2018/19.
