Hi All,

Rainwater leaks are still penetrating the window area of Apt 503. It was recommended to install vents in the podium wall as a temporary measure to help dry out the area. We propose repairing the cracks on the external side of the podium wall to prevent water getting in and removing need to have the vents installed. See the attached for reference. The works will be done via abseil and include foot traffic management on William St.

    I  don’t understand any work required on our side (602) , especially vents in the podium.
    
    It hasn’t leaked here since the builders finished the job.
    
    Minor paint repairs external and removal of lime stains on glass needed when logical is as much as I am aware of.
