Dear Committee,

 

See attached the renovations application and request from Unit 202's Owner
for bathroom and flooring renovations.

 

The attached meets the requirements of the Major & Minor Renovations By Laws
resolved by the Owners Corporation.


Can you please review and approve so I can advise the Owner of Unit 202 they
may proceed with the requested renovations?

 

Once approved, I will make sure the Owner is aware they must pay the costs
of a By law which will be ratified at the next General Meeting.
