Hi All,

  Good news from the BMC meeting which was completed today with Andrew. 
The Levies from the BMC to our plan  will drop around 30% for this FY. 
This should knock on directly to our levies which should drop around the 
same amount.  We have also left a reasonable increase in the BMC syncing 
fund and a lot of big ticket items have been done in the BMC in the last 
year or so including

Fire, Access control & Intercom and hot water.

Also Andrew as told me that there is a coffee shop moving into the 
vacant commercial lot down stairs. I think this is great news as that 
shop has been empty for a long time and it will be good to have a new 
vendor in there.  Andrew has requested that the owner place a bin in the 
garbage room which the commercial strata pays 20% of the cleaning for 
(Currently they have no bins there)  The rubbish removal will be done by 
the tenant. Given that the commercial strata is paying 20% for something 
they are not even using I think it's far that that go ahead. Baring any 
objections.
