See attached bathroom quotations for waterproofing and rectification for Unit 101’s bathroom.

There was an original quote provided by the Owner of Unit 101, which is from Jet Force Plumbing.

Darren has obtained alternate quote and split what is the Owners responsibility and the Owners Corporations responsibility to repair and maintain.

Darren has recommended JR Building Pty Ltd to carry out the repairs that are the Owners Corporations responsibility.

Can you please review the attached and advise how you would like to proceed with the required repairs to Unit 101’s bathroom?
