Good afternoon Patrick,

I would like to bring to your attention the fact that water is still trickling down from 2 spots above my terrace.  I understand, as I have been away, that there hasn't been any rain so I'm concerned that water still is finding its ways down from the planter box area (see picture below).

Please ensure that Preservation Technologies are made aware of this and if the engineer would like to come out to my home to see it first hand, just let me know.  I look forward to hearing from you.
