Dear Committee,

See below the variation for your approval for the, metal louvered air vents on the façade of the building that was not included in the original tender to prevent further water ingress to Unit 602.

Can you please review and advise if you are happy for Preservation Technologies to complete?

Once approved, I can then also organise the repairs of the water damage that occurred in Unit 602.
