Have you received/ organized a payment budget for PT as to when they will
require funds for the extra work to level 7?

 

1. When will the work recommence?

2.  What is each apartment's entitlement for payment?

These 2 contracts are standard and straight forward, with the building
contract having been reviewed by AJ Whipps Consultancy and approved.


Rescom Builders have already agreed and signed a copy of these contracts and
all that is required is your approval and I will sign and execute on the
BMC's behalf to then organise a date for the commencement of the required
rectification of the storm water and sewerage systems.
