BFMS have written to us asking to consider renewing the BFMS contract
as per the option for another two years. As I have been the delegate to
BFMS for the last 3 years and deal on a weekly basis with Darren.
I have been very happy with his work and professionalism. They have
also been key in getting a lot of work completed that technically should
have been done by the BMC As the BMC have no building manager as such
and the Commercial strata's building manager is part of Andrews company
that really does nothing as far as I can see.
Only recently Darren arranged repair of the BMC glass on the front of
the building after it was hit by a truck. Which is not within his
scope. He also is located very close to our building so can get to site
within minutes if needed urgently. They also managed to get the building
air con working on Christmas eve as well as many other examples.
My Business deals with building managers every day and we have
experienced some real shockers over the years.
BFMS would have my endorsement for the renewal.
