(commercial) and they have accepted the recommended tender from Rescom
Builders and for AJ Whipps to supervise and project manage the necessary
rectification.

repairs -
1. The BMC represents both commercial and residential.
2. Correct.
3. The sewerage and storm water drainage is what is causing the issue
in the car park and this is identified as a BMC area.
4. As above in the response to 3.
5. I stated, there are sufficient funds in the BMC's Capital Works
Fund.
I have received an email from Cathy & Ken of Unit 602 and they have

you before the AGM for SP 67851 in 2 weeks.

The commercial do not pay levies for car spaces that they do not own. They
only pay for areas that are commercial.
The repair is a BMC expense, so without the commercial Members approval, the
rectification work cannot proceed.

waterproofing only. I should have this in the next few days for the
