Dear BMC Representatives,
See attached a copy of the contracts for Rescom Builders & AJ Whipps Consultancy for your review and approval.
These 2 contracts are standard and straight forward, with the building contract having been reviewed by AJ Whipps Consultancy and approved.
Rescom Builders have already agreed and signed a copy of these contracts and all that is required is your approval and I will sign and execute on the BMC's behalf to then organise a date for the commencement of the required rectification of the storm water and sewerage systems.
Please review and confirm agreement and I will execute?

Please note the estimated commencement date of 25 September is based on the contract being signed by the end of this week.
