Will respond re all today Craig.

The budget is totally puffed out plus the 25% mark up is extreme.
 However, at this stage, considering the time issues and the builder leaving the lifts and roof site a disgrace
 we might as well sign off unless they can reduce the mark up.

Glad the fumes issue for now has gone away.
