Can you send an urgent Wo for the approved, attached quote and have Newsound confirm when the repairs to the fire panel will be rectified and this will be back on line?

Dear Andrew,
Can you please confirm if you are happy to approve the quote from Newsound for the repairs to the Fire Panel, which is currently not operating based on the attached report.
Attached is a comparative quote as well as Newsound's quote, with the Committee of SP 67851 - Residential have agreed to stay with the incumbent and approve Newsound's quote even if it is a little more expensive.
Can you please urgently confirm approval so the Fire Panel can be rectified?

Hi All,
The building fire panel has failed and our fire contractor are unable to obtain parts as it's to old. They have lent us a panel at the moment so the building can still be safe. Attached are two quotes for a replacement panel.
Unless there are any objections I intend to vote that we go ahead with the Newsound fire quote as they are the incumbent and also the ones that lent us the panel keeping us all in the building.
Note that this is a BMC expense and as such Andrew will also have to agree. Please let me know asap if you would like us to go with the other quote. As always I want to reflect the consensus of the EC in BMC matters.
