Due to the delay in the project, another project on another site was commenced by Preservation Technologies which they must complete before recommencing the remaining work on the top level of the property.

I will advise accordingly once I have a date for the recommencement of the work.

Another 10 days have gone by without any advice regarding the works on level 7 recommencing.  What is the delay please? Surely by now PT have some update for us?

Hi Craig,

There is no extra payment or levy for the variations on the work. There are sufficient funds in the owners Corporations Trust Account to cover these variations.

I am still waiting on a date for recommencement of the work by Preservation Technologies and will advise once I am aware of this.
