[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Second Instalment of Special Levy & Project Strata Date

Hi Matt,

Please see attached the EGM Minutes which state the special levy is due on 01/07/2017.

The reason the levy was due to be paid by that date is that it was thought that work was likely to be completed in July 2017 but due to the weather the project has been pushed back until other work the contractors were undertaking is complete.

I have spoken to Strat Engineering Solutions and they have advised it is likely the project will commence at the start of June 2017, with a firm date to be provided next week.

 It was my understanding from looking at the minutes from the EGM that the second instalment of the special levy would have been in September.



It seems that we have received our next instalment due July. Is this correct. I have received a number of questions about this. As we have not even started the works as yet I see no reason for it to be raised so early.
