Hello Patrick,
Would you please confirm that the car bays 12 and 15 are mine and Robins (your email below).  I know I have 10 and 11 and assume 12 is the one where my storage cage is located.

"Following the investigation I am pleased to inform that we have identified the source of the water ingress into car bays 12 and 15. "

Also, I didn't receive the photos which were apparently forwarded by you.  Please resend them to me at this email address.
