Good afternoon,

I have been reading the back and forth messages to Patrick and have noted
that we are in a predicament which requires urgent attention.  If fumes are
still affecting people, we have to get the correct people to come over to
the buildling and check where the problem lies.  I'm certain there must be
some sort of technical monitors which can source the exact area.

Basically, if lives are in jeopardy, let's get this matter resolved
immediately whether its a commercial or residential issue.
