    Removing facilities would require a
      special resolution at an EGM. It's not something within the power
      of the EC to decide.

                I investigated the works thus far on level 7, this
                  morning.
                

                
                The BBQ and sink are never used and around the base
                  of each, running along to the planter boxes, there are
                  corroded pipes for gas and water.  I would like to
                  recommend that we have both units, along with the
                  pipes, taken out during the repairs....and the pipes
                  capped.
