[200William-EC SP67851] DP 1040255 - Reinstatement of the Correct Operation of Storm Water & Sewer Systems for Approval

That's good news at least. I believe that we have no choice but to go 
ahead with the engineers recommendation . If everyone else can agree I 
can make that position known to the BMC.

This has been going on so long with two car spaces and storage cages 
(peoples property) being unusable. I think both effected parties have 
been  extremely patient with the process.

Also Avis's car wash is still spewing water into the P4 car park through 
a garden house.  Patrick can you ask that they do as per the engineers 
request and get a plumber to plumb it professionally into a drain.
