Hi All,

   As i suspected the sewer works are quite substantial. Remember that 
20% of this cost will be born by the Commercial strata. Patrick could 
you comment as to the state of the budget and i assume what will be 
another Special Levy.

I have also asked Darren to get a megasealed quote for the leak on 
balcony 402 which is flooding the bedroom in vlan 302. As its very 
unlikely there will be any money to fix it permanently at the moment.

reinstatement of the correct operation of storm water and sewer systems 
for your consideration.


Below is the table in the etched on page 1, with the recommendation by 
AJ Whipps Consulting Group on Page 2 for ease of viewing –

contract and administration and supervision of the work by AJ Whipps 
Consulting Group?


Once an agreement is made, I will send out an agenda to confirm the 
agreement and then proceed with the necessary work?

Hi Patrick,

Please see attached tender review for 200 William Street, Woolloomooloo.


I recommend that we arrange a time to meet with the recommended 
contractor, building management and any Owners committee members to 
discuss the particulars prior to preparing contracts. This work will be 
charged at 4 hours.

Further to this, we require a work order approval for Stage 2 
(construction) of AJ Whipps fee dated 31 March 2017. This will permit us 
to supervise and project co-ordinate the works.

Look forward to delivering a successful project.
