Matt,

would you please clarify what you mean below where you state "as this is a
BMC matter,"  and then "Note Andrew will also have to agree has (sic) part
of the BMC.  It's a little ambiguous.  Is the cost entirely the BMC's or
part of the BMC please?

Hi All,

 The building HVAC Boiler pump needs replacing. Darren has sourced 3 quotes
best being $1614.00. As this is a BMC matter If i do not hear anything from
anyone within 24 hours  It's my intention to go ahead and agree to the
replacement at $1614 Note that Andrew will also have to agree has part of
the BMC.

FYI submissions were

Alco Pumps R $1,614.00 + GST Prime Pumps R $1,750.00 + GST Noppen Air R
$4,711.20 + GST
