Thank you. When owner's spaces are having a problem (in this case the
water), please explain why the BMC needs to authorize the works. Is it
because of the sewerage factor which also affects the commercial side? Are
they up for a percentage of the charge to repair? Anything else?

Hi Craig,
I have yet to have a response from Andrew Veron, the BMC Representative of
SP 67850 (Commercial) and until then I cannot proceed.
I have left a voicemail and will send a follow up email for Andrew to
response urgently.
I am waiting on the amended quote for removal of the soil and plants and
waterproofing only. I should have this in the next few days for the
Committee to review and decide on a way forward.

Would you please advise where we stand with the P4 repairs. At the bottom
of your July 11 email, you stated:
"Once an agreement is made, I will send out an agenda to confirm the
agreement and then proceed with the necessary work?"
Also, any update on what is happening to the repairs to level 7. Who from
the EC hasn't responded please for the extra works being carried out to
remove all the plants and soil?

Please see attached tender review for 200 William Street, Woolloomooloo.
I recommend that we arrange a time to meet with the recommended contractor,
building management and any Owners committee members to discuss the
particulars prior to preparing contracts. This work will be charged at 4
hours.
Further to this, we require a work order approval for Stage 2 (construction)
of AJ Whipps fee dated 31 March 2017. This will permit us to supervise and
project co-ordinate the works.
