Hi all,
My thoughts are that we need this to be done properly and so am happy to
support the extra work that is being suggested (subject to sign off and
recommendation by the engineer as recieved). I am a little confused I
thought that some if not all of this would have been contained in the
original statement of work. Particularly I am surprised that we only
accounted for removal of half of the plants etc.
If the plants in question are/ or will contribute to damage in the future I
am support to not replant them or source an alternative - fake plants etc.
I am also comfortable not to repair the BBQ etc on the roof. It seems that
this area is not used and there are more pressing items to deal with.
However I believe this should be done in a matter that would not prevent us
re-installing a BBQ etc in the future i.e. all pipes should remain but be
closed off etc.
Many thanks
Robin
