Can you urgently respond on the below as SP 67851 are happy to proceed with the tender recommendation of Rescom Builders from AJ Whipps Consulting, with the proposal for them to Project Manage the rectification?

The EC of the the SP67851 have authorised me to agree with the engineers recommendation of Rescom and go ahead with the repair.

Can you also confirm you are happy to proceed with the contract and administration and supervision of the work by AJ Whipps Consulting Group?

Once an agreement is made, I will send out an agenda to confirm the agreement and then proceed with the necessary work?

Please see attached tender review for 200 William Street, Woolloomooloo.

I recommend that we arrange a time to meet with the recommended contractor, building management and any Owners committee members to discuss the particulars prior to preparing contracts. This work will be charged at 4 hours.

Further to this, we require a work order approval for Stage 2 (construction) of AJ Whipps fee dated 31 March 2017. This will permit us to supervise and project co-ordinate the works.
