[200William-EC SP67851] Motorbike parking p3

Hi all I have noticed motor bikes that appear to be parked very day now in the common space on p3 

Do we think this should continue. I don't really mind but on the other hand we might end up with bikes parked everywhere if we don't stop it. 

What do you all think.
