            undertook the inspection, provided the report and reviewed
            the tenders.
        

            AJ Whipps Consulting has provided their recommendation of

            have read through the proposals by each of the contractors. 
            The charges are different for each of the main expenses
            (e.g. A3 – where there is quite a difference).
         
        However,
            as it is urgent to move forward may I ask you Patrick for
            your recommendation on which contractor should be used for
            these works.  If anyone would like to discuss this matter
            further, please just let me know.  As outlined by Matt, this
            problem has gone on for too long.

          That's good news at least. I believe that
            we have no choice but to go ahead with the engineers
            recommendation . If everyone else can agree I can make that
            position known to the BMC. 

            

            This has been going on so long with two car spaces and
            storage cages (peoples property) being unusable. I think
            both effected parties have been  extremely patient with the
            process. 

            

            Also Avis's car wash is still spewing water into the P4 car
            park through a garden house.  Patrick can you ask that they
            do as per the engineers request and get a plumber to plumb
            it professionally into a drain.

          Hi All, 
            As i suspected the sewer works are quite substantial.
            Remember  that 20% of this cost will be born by the
            Commercial strata. Patrick could you comment as to the state
            of the budget and i assume what will be another Special
            Levy. 
          I have also asked Darren to get a megasealed quote for the
            leak on balcony 402 which is flooding the bedroom in vlan
            302. As its very unlikely there will be any money to fix it
            permanently at the moment.

              Stage 2 (construction) of AJ Whipps fee dated 31 March
