Yes, I agree.  We're spending money to have the P4 water penetration fixed
also. 

 

We don't know how much extra damage has taken place over the past 2 years
since we relied on George Ziri's advice not to do anything about the water
penetration from the level 7 plant boxes onto the terraces and walls of
apartments 601 and 602.  No professional opinion was sought at that time.

 

So, let's get Paul, appointed by several of you, to come along to our EGM on
January 31 and answer any questions re the P4 water damage and also review
the 3 contractor's bids for the level 7 damage.

I think it would be best if Paul McKay, the Engineer for Strat Engineering
Solutions attended the meeting so that any technical questions can be
answered on the evening from owners that attend.

 

The costs for Paul to attend are $600.00 + GST.


Can you please advise if you are happy for the above coast and for Paul to
attend the meeting?
