[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Hydraulic Engineers Fee Proposals for Approval for Water Pooling in Basement Level 4 Car Park

I suggest we go with the AJ Whipps Proposal as they suggest electronic 
detection to find out where there are any water flows that are beneth 
the existing slab. They are also specialize in water issues and there 
proposal appears to be more thorougher.
