Hello Patrick,

No, I’m not. What you have sent me has nothing to do with an email which
Robin (apt105 – Marquis) received yesterday giving the breakdown of the
proposed costs for each owner in the Marquis apartments for the water
penetration to apartments 601 and 602.  Please reread my email below and
send me a copy of the breakdown I’ve requested.

Are you referring to the breakdown of costs for the special levy as per the
attached which is as per payment of the special levy with 2 of the attached

Would you please explain why I didn’t receive the breakdown of costs for the
works to our building, which you sent out this afternoon 18/1/2017.  How
were these breakdowns determined? On the highest contractor bid?
