[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Report Pooling of Water in the Car Park

We did add about $10k to the Special Levy. We could just add say another 
$30k. The budget is in such Dire Straights that if $20k was over 
budgeted. It would only get spent elsewhere.  I think we were talking 
$200k for the Special Levy perhaps $230k might be more appropriate.

I would say all they will do is cut in a drain which is what George 
suggested 3 years ago. If that's the case all up $20k should cover it.
