See the below update with the storm water and sewer system upgrades –

Hi Leo,

Confirming that my steel contractor will be submitting his schedule/proposal for your approval, by Monday latest.
If this is approved, the aim is to have the platforms installed by the end of January.

I can also confirm that as part of the tender, there was a accost to clean the car park area affected by the leak from the storm water and sewer systems.

Hi Robin,

The update provided on Friday 1st December 2017 is below -

The remedial solution has not yet been completely implemented, hence the prevalence of water ingress in the concerned location. The water ingress rectification works are due to be completed next week, and the remedial building works in the pit are scheduled to completed soon after.


I have requested a further update and will provide the response from AJ Whipps Consulting and Rescom Builders and will advise on their response once received.
