To the committee members,
We did agree at the AGM that we would re-look at the whole situation
regarding what is eventually going to happen to the planter boxes once the
new membrane goes into the boxes.
If the soil is to remain above my apartment, what cost will there be to
remove all the soil if the decision is made to cover the planter boxes so
that we don't go through exactly the same problem in possibly 5 years
if/when the membrane once again fails in the boxes? You will remember that
we did discuss the option of covering the boxes and not putting plants in
there after the membrane has been test. Kindly advise.
Please ensure that ALL plants, both presently on the tiles and in the
planter boxes are removed. ALL of the plants above my apartment are now
dead.

Dear Committee,
Darren met with Cathy’s landscaper and I am clarifying with the builders
agreement to leave the excess soil on the rooftop above Unit 601 if this is
an area agreed by the contractor.
All dead plants will be removed and this is likely to occur on Tuesday 12th
December 2017 and Wednesday 13th December 2017.
I will advise once confirmation form the builder has been provided on where
the excess soil will be stored and when the landscapers will be on site.
Thank you Cathy!
Kind regards,
