Hi Patrick/Ed,

  Seems to be an increase of ~ 30% in levies over the budget next year.  
Can you give us some indication of that the increase is going to cover. 
Im sure this will be a major point of contention at the AGM and if we 
can get an idea of the reason for such a hike it will help progress the 
meeting.
