[200William-EC SP67851] FW: DP 1040255 - URGENT Sewer & Sump Pumps Rectification Required Causing Pooling of Water & Sewerage in Car Park

Ok there seems to be a majority that want me to go ahead and agree to 
the tender process. I will agree at the BMC. It will be then up to 
Andrew Veron to also agree before it can go forward.
