To all EC members:

 

The water flooding of the planter boxes on the west side of level 7 took
place today.

 

For many years I have maintained that the water, leaking onto my terrace,
was from the planter boxes (for a variety of obvious reasons).  Today's
flooding confirmed this.

 

Water poured down in an increasing amount through the stalactites which have
formed, over the years, along the rim of the overhanging concrete above my
terrace, onto the terrace.  A major portion of the water from the planter
boxes, also poured down the whole west side of the building onto the
footpath below.  Photos have been taken by the contractor and will be given
to the engineer.

 

It's a relief to finally have proof that the planter boxes are a major part
of the leaking water problem onto my terrace and at the same time a great
disappointment that the EC had to be taken to Tribunal, by me, in order to
have action taken.  This will end up being a very costly exercise for
repairs.
