Please see attached the report for the water testing above Unit 602.
As requested, can you please provide approval to proceed with the recommendations in the attached report and organise tenders for the rectification to resolve the source of the water ingress into both Unit 601 & 602?

As per our discussions last week, please find attached the required report for the terrace over unit 602.
Can you please forward me a work order to proceed with preparation of tender documents to repair the damage as outlined in this report and the report for the terrace area over unit 601.
