Please see attached the Schedule 3 Executive Committee Meeting for the 05/12/2016 for the upgrade to access control system.

This requires you to review the documentation sent to you and to fill out the form and send back to me via email on your decision. If you are unable to fill out the proxy form, please just email me back with your decision on each motion.

Darren, could you please place have a copy of the front page of the agenda on the notice board or somewhere in the main foyer as per the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996.

Please make sure to email me with either the completed form or an email confirming your decision on each motion by 10:00am on the 05/12/2016.
