On that basis, I definitely agree to have a program access to the gym and
confirm I agree to the cost to have this done. I have been up there to find
a drunk tenant in the sauna at 3am and have heard people using the bathroom
and the stairs to the plant room at all hours of the night. Very dangerous
scenarios.

I believe it was suggested as a way to I force the gym opening hours to
reduce noise complaints an issue I know you have brought up in the past.
