Dear Committee,

Please see attached the Schedule 3 Executive Committee Meeting for the 25/11/2015 for the insurance renewal for the building which is due by the 31/11/2016.

This requires you to review the documentation sent to you by Honan's Insurance Brokers and to fill out the proxy form and send back to me via email on your decision as to which insurance company you would like to proceed with. If you are unable to fill out the proxy form, please just email me back with your choice of insurer.

Last year the property was insured by CHU Underwriting Agency P/L.

Honan recommends placing cover with the incumbent insurer, Longitude Insurance Ltd for the upcoming period. In the body of the first page of the Proposal you will find details regarding why Honan have made this recommendation.

Please check the building details on the first page to make certain that this information is correct-thank you.

Your BMC Representative will advise on which insurer the BCM chooses as all Strata Plans for this site will need to fall in line with this decision.

Darren, could you please place have a copy of the front page of the agenda on the notice board or somewhere in the main foyer as per the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996.

Please make sure to email me with either the proxy form or an email confirming the insurer you would like to proceed with for the next 12 months by 10:00am on the 25/11/2015.
