I see no problem with 10,12,19  I suggest we close the gym and level 7
entirely while the work is ongoing so the contractors can use that toilet
and use the area for storage.  (Make good should apply)

Works should be outside the Christmas new year period as peoples access to
those facilities and the roof facilities should be maintained during that
time.
