I see no problem with 10,12,19 I suggest we close the gym and level 7
entirely while the work is ongoing so the contractors can use that toilet
and use the area for storage. (Make good should apply)
Works should be outside the Christmas new year period as peoples access to
those facilities and the roof facilities should be maintained during that
time.

Can you please provide a response on the required below items which are
requested in the attached documents?
. Page 6 - No action on your end necessary
. Page 10 - Confirm agreement to provide a visitor car space and
storage area during the repairs?
. Page 12 - Can you confirm if there is a toilet that can be used by
the contractor?
. Page 19 - Darren can you confirm that you have the current roof
anchor point certification?
