Dear Committee,
Can you please provide approval for the below and attached required work for
Core Hole Drilling and repairs to the concrete slab of Unit 203 to
repair/replace the water damaged floorboards through the Owners contents
insurer's contractor?
>From my point of view I do not see any issues with the below and attached
request as long as any damage caused due to the core hole drilling is
rectified.
Please advise?

Good morning Mark
Just in regards to the drilling of holes for core testing this process is
common and will not affect the structure of the build in any case and we
drill and insert a core sleeve that then seals up the hole drilled 1cm W x 8
cm L and new flooring is laid on top of sleeves.

Hi Peni,
See below response from my Strata manager. Can you confirm what FRA would
plan to do with the core drilled holes after you have the required
measurements to bring this slab back to pre-existing conditions? What is the
remediation process for repairing these or is there any requirement given
the size of these holes?

drying equipment as the sub floor is structure which is not part of my
