Hi Matt,
This is not to modify common property to complete renovations, this is for the contractor replacing the flooring that was water damaged in the Lot wanting to core drill holes to make sure all moisture has been removed before installing the replacement floor boards.
The core holes will be repaired after moisture readings have been taken.

Just in regards to the drilling of holes for core testing this process is common and will not affect the structure of the build in any case and we drill and insert a core sleeve that then seals up the hole drilled 1cm W x 8 cm L and new flooring is laid on top of sleeves.

See below response from my Strata manager. Can you confirm what FRA would plan to do with the core drilled holes after you have the required measurements to bring this slab back to pre-existing conditions? What is the remediation process for repairing these or is there any requirement given the size of these holes?
